What types of customers do you serve?

We proudly serve both trade professionals and DIY customers across Aberdeenshire and surrounding areas.

How do I book equipment?

Browse our equipment online, select your items, choose hire dates, and complete your booking with payment and ID upload.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Stripe for secure online payments.

Is a deposit required?

Most hires don’t require a deposit unless specified. However, certain high-value equipment may require one.

What if I return an item late?

Late returns incur a fee per item per day. Details are included in our Terms of Hire policy.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the hire date are eligible for a full refund. Less than 48 hours may incur a 50% charge.

Do you deliver and collect?

Yes, delivery and collection are available subject to availability and distance. Charges apply based on location.

Do I need ID?

Yes, valid photo ID is required when placing a booking and must be uploaded during checkout.

Is the equipment insured?

You are responsible for the hired equipment. Ensure you have suitable cover, as our hire terms require full liability for damage or theft.
